Photoshop folders

I have Photoshop 7. Why can't I have folders within folders? Or can I? I can't just drag them...

With CS2, i just drag them in

Make sure the folder is selected in teh layer window and click the almighty folder button and you should be sorted.

Didn't work. I guess I should try to get a better version of Photoshop, huh...

I can't get on it now, but on my other computer I have PS6. I remember that it has folders, but I'm not sure about folders within folders.
I'll post again if I can get to it later.
