Why would we lynch the replacements :?

i know my life is worthless but lets lynch sensfan instead for even thinking of lynching us new comers ;)

oops. i mean that inactive townie lynching is sort of just like random lynching except that we have a reason and a false sense of security that the person we lynch could be scummarining.

Yeah, we lynched the inactive and he was the Mafia Godfather. For a more recent Example, Clue Mafia. We lynched Nark because he was inactive and he was a SKer. So no, inactive doesn't automatically mean town.

Lynching an inactive can be good, but what if he even turns out to be a powerful pro town?

but a game this big, trying to replace all the inactives can be hard so some of them might not get replaced to much later in the game if at all.

Everyone has now confirmed who ain't been replaced but however we still have many that haven't posted in a while.

Jenbronnes 6 days
Talapus 5 days
skillfunsniper33 6 days

lawlrus Pawn 10 days
dazza2008 10 days
ckyrias

and theres many that don't post very much at all
Vote dazza for being online and not posted for such a long time, no reason he shouldn't have posted as well as the others

I have not posted anything because I have not seen much to go on yet. I could have been more involved but felt it was better to wait till I had something useful to add but as of yet nobody is seeming suspicious yet to me. unvote

Agree.

I was looking through for cky date as i missed it on my first post and saw edoc and didn't remember seeing many posts from him so i went through just to make sure but unfortunately i must have been going to fast. anyway 1 post in 10 days is still inactive and is in need of posting a bit more often. Which is why i guess i left it of the first post. but it is a bit hard to remember all these names but i guess i should have looked through them slowly and wrote them down or something :) rather trying to remember and quickly go through the pages.

Can you blame me :D

If everyone was like you, their would be no game. with everyone submerging and having nothing to say their will be no chance of anyone messing up and be will stay at square 1.

While it is possible that they could be scum, bro, the probability is very low. It is an oddity when it actually happens. Granted, an inactive lynch is better than no lynch at all, but I would not rely on it.

Agreed, but as sens has just reiterated, he's equating an inactive lynch as townie. I'm pointing out that not all inactives are townie, so you cannot make blanket declarations saying that inactive lynches are townie lynches. Are inactives most likely townie? Course they are. But you can't say they all are.

well mind you even how small, theirs even a chance all inactive are mafia. but anyway if one or two are mafia, which do you choose to lynch? none can defend themselves or say anything to make us go one over the other, unless they stop submerging.

Im sorry I don't post much but this is my second game, and im not to sure how to play to the best of my ability at this time. But I do keep reading the forum to make sure I am up to date on this and am analyzing how people are thinking.

Lynching the in-actives could work for every side, but it all luck based. It also will help us improve the chances later on for less people required, and more active people paying attention to the forum.

Just to let everyone know that I will be out of town for a few days, but should be able to keep up on this during the nights, but probably wont be able to respond everyday

*takes a break from drinking

I actually agree with safari. In a game this large, the inactives are going to be dead weight, and it will be hard to get a replacement. I believe about six people had to be replaced already- and there is only one more replacement available on the list. I'd say from this point forward, if someone remains to be inactive, and there is no replacement in the works, the best thing would be to lynch them.

@ drake, how do you suggest we get them to stop submarining? This being Day 1 and with a lack of better cases, I'm willing to go for an inactive lynch in lieu of a better case. If you can't find a replacement and prods don't work, it's essentially just someone taking up space and possibly preventing us from reaching a majority.

I too am comfortable with an inactive lynch In a game this large we can afford to throw a few townies under the bus in an effort to find lazy scum and weed out the unhelpful.

Right, so anyways, I don't think we need to really be worried which inactive to pick. As long as we agree on one, that should be enough for a claim at the very least.
