This was the most difficult mafia game for me to follow. Obviously a poet I am not.

Thanks for the high five Inc.

sigh i even had told mandy in that last go round don't lynch just b/c of names as we had done false ones before b/c of that and pointed out point blank how all hte evidence showed it as talapus. Kwanton also was a knucklehead by switching as a stalemate would've been better then giving away the game to scum.

Bah. I just couldn't take it anymore. I was 100% sure that talapus was scum but the poems were rotting away my mind and I cracked under pressure.

that's the thing mandy, and why something like that will get you lynched... townies don't need to go outing the cop, that's just dumb b/c you had no clue who was who, and that was obvious...lol. hell I didn't either, which is why it took me so long to get a "hit"..lol. If I would've survived one more day, we would've won. it would've gotten you lynched here if exile hadn't already shown up as the lead critic.

This game was hard for me b/c I had no desire to go check poem styles and compare against what was written. that and the fact that peeps weren't writing much b/c it took too much effort. at first I really tried, but that only last a few days...lol. plus it was hard to drop clues or pick up on subtleties with the forced verse.

I wouldn't have done it, were we not on LYLO. What good is a Cop if she is one of two prime subjects on a LYLO Day?! Anything you said during Day 5 would be considered "True or scum". Say you investigated Talapus and got scum. How could have we checked if you are honest. Lynch you tommorow if you are wrong? There was no tommorow!

I understend that you don't like being the scape goat and I know that I lost us the game. Feel free to complain, but looking at it only from the strategic point of view, I stand by my decision. I haven't fucked up untill the last Day, or rather (since Talapus was the one I trusted the most) I was completly outplayed by Talapus. That's all.

you were the only one that suspected me Mandy. I investigated Tap the night I was killed, and I'm damn sure I could've gotten a lynch on him the next day. I had already breadcrumbed your "clear" investigation. there's still no good reason to out a cop unless you're scum, at least not in this game. ;-)

I've learned in mafia, you can't be closeminded at all... and a guess is just a guess, no matter how much you may believe it. ;-)

Mandy is an imbecile in this
game unless he turns out to be
scum. Why would scum come in and
hammer two fellow scum
in two days? The night

Mandy, Kwanton Aimless, and myself
were all here the last few days. There
was no reason to have such
a long night unless scum
Talapus had not

Disgusted I am over Mandy's
stupidity in this game. Why
would scum use the same case twice
when it did not work the
first time. No more posts

Should I go ahead and die here that
we have already lynched one false

My evidence Mandy. No offense to Talapus, but the loss wasn't due to him outplaying you as you just went braindead at the end. Normally you play a lot more intelligent, but this game you just blew it. These are posts I did on that last day to try to help you not do the stupid thing with the most important evidences I gave being (I hammered scum 2x in a row), Tal not being on hence the extra long night when the other nights were quicker, and pointing out that we had already falsely lynched b/c of names in this game.

I didn't belive you any more, because I got the impression that you are trying to avert the lynch from Exile. Your droping the hammer both times didn't help, since mafia usualy are among the last ones to vote their buddy (when they realize that the ship has sunk, they try to buy credibility by joining in).

perhaps, but at same time I also gave you the reminder of not lynching solely b/c of names and most importantly explained why the night took so long. That was the biggest sign of evidence that you could get other then investigating yourself and getting a reading saying SCUM as you, Kwanton, Aimless, and myself had ALL been around c.c. while Tal had not especially after I pointed out that all of the other nights were "short" so Aimless wasn't just waiting for 36+ hours for the sake of waiting that long. He needed the info. In regards to the hammer two times I would take that as a pretty damn good sign that someone is town as scum at that point was at -0 away from winning the game. Scum would've tried to leave the lynch or go after someone else and not worry about trying to get scum at that juncture.

Speaking of Night: 1) I would never make a decision based on who is or isn't on site. For all I knew, you delayed your vote intetionaly to cast the blame on him. 2) The reason why I would vote Kwanton, had I not set my mind about voting you was:

You know, to change the topic entirely, and to point out something obvious but also (IMHO) amazing - this game generated thirty three pages of poetry! And maybe half a pages worth was actually good!

Not bad for a game I half expected to die before the end of the first day.

Are you kidding? My horrific terza rima had Dante rolling in his grave. I never even tried to have any real syllable consistency. I would rate my poesy at about a B-.... Fircoal, you just had a really rough scheme to work with, not to mention the fact that I still have no idea who Jill Laumer is.
