I have no confirmed intel on Pixar's alignment, but he has posted recently.
jfm has not posted for many pages, and Traf not at all, as his new role.

Can I have whatever Vot is smoking?

As far as Charle, I see mainly 3 possibilities.

1. He is telling the truth and for whatever reason saw who Fusi meant to visit and not who he actually visited. This would be a bit weird as usually when a role that sees where someone went like a tracker gets a result back, it shows who they visited and not who they intended to visit. I dont see why Archaeologist would be any different and this involves either EW lying about who he visited or a so far unrevealed busdriver/redirected.
2. Charle is/is aligned with the Vanillarizer or however it's spelled and went with who he visited, not knowing that his target had changed.
3. I did try to visit Ragian and somehow this caused me to be hit by the vanillaizing instead of him. I think this is the least likely option.

Ofcourse, everyone other than me also has to consider the idea that I'm just lying but you should at least question why I would lie.

I am going to cast my vote to Kong for 2 reasons:
1. He was not honest to us about the letter he received
2. Fishing numerous times from Dev whether his protection worked last night, or not (as if he should know something we don't)

Stories seem to line up with vanillarizer. Ragian saying he didn't receive notification, strike wolf claiming he did etc. Doesn't really guarantee town vibes for either but somewhat useful knowing someone can backup Charle's note. Could be strike and Charle working on a team on this one? IDK will come back to this later in game. For now, I'm with Charle on the whole kong dishonesty with his note IF your note was even true Charle ;) .

This did seem odd to me and like fishing for info which would really only benefit Scum so I agree here and would vote for Kong. I am still a bit confused with the whole Charle/Kong/Rag/ Strike mix here with this letters so I'll hold off for now might have to do some rereading

So just to take us back to the start of the day, Charle says this "4. Why was there only 1 kill last night if we have wolves and vampires, meaning there were some protection? If someone was protected, surely we will know it somehow like Devante's so called bulleted vest?" The fact that one scum faction did not have a kill last night is very important and useful information to town to figure out why that could be, something Charle is also interested in. Then, he does the song and dance every scum (and occasional townsfolk) does when they're caught out by an investigative role and has the whole oh I can't role reveal no I really can't, delays to talk to his partners to set up an alibi and figure out a plan, and is now voting me for asking the same question he did earlier? Very flawed logic, and I'd also like to note he's been the one consistently role fishing for how I got my information, repeatedly trying to discredit it since last day even after we went over it being explicitly confirmed mod validated information, and even fishing for if I'm a mason? I've been very clear that the information I shared was as accurate as anything could possibly be in this game (keeping in mind a future conversion after the fact is possible), while Charle has consistently tried to dig into how I know that to be true and if we can really trust it.

I will say one final final time that my information provided after N1 was accurate and mod confirmed, and that even if Charle's story checks out there is no contradiction with what he's said. How exactly the information came to be does not matter to town as long as they understand it is an accurate piece of information, so I will not be saying how, from where what or who I learnt the information as that only helps scum.

@dev, scum already knows if their lack of a kill is because they were blocked/guarded against, or something else. Town does not, but we have access to our own sources of information. You have already explicitly said publicly who you tried to protect. If scum did not know before why their kill might have failed, you have already laid your cards on the table and shared with them that is was you (if you did successfully protect someone.) Other town players are currently the one's left out of this mutual understanding, so I once again implore you to share what you know with town so that we can make use of that information.

I agree that Charle likely did know there was a vanillarizer in play (or strike wolf was converted last night and is using his previous town cred to back him up), but it still doesn't all check out. We have one known town deflector and no town deflector who interacted with Charle or Loose, and there seemingly was another deflector (scum deflector?) who might have redirected from Ragian onto Strike. Neither of these interfere with Loose's investigation into Charle. Seemingly the only other possibility is that there's another scum deflector who just randomly chose to interfere with Charle, a townsfolk and not someone they'd need to protect? While I admit anything is possible, I'm not sure why we'd ever choose to ignore a guilty result on someone in a case where the most obvious causes for jury tampering aren't present.

This kind of sounds like one of the dead players will come back as a vampire for a one time extra kill. Let's double stab the dead while they're down.

I agree with Kong. We have a guilty cop investigation on Charle and his claim that Ragian was vanillaised by Fusi doesn't line up with me getting vanillaised or Ragian claiming he wasn't. He also claimed that Fusi was a Miller while the scene pointed to his brother being the Miller. Could Charle have misread the scene and used it to bolster his archeologist claim? Occams razor suggests that Charle is guilty.

To echo earlier sentiments, where did JFM go? He was pretty active D2, so why the sudden radio silence today?

New York was once New Amsterdam (before the English captured it).

All them Dutch Boys were called Jan and Kees (Yankees)...because the Dutch given names Jan (Dutch: [jɑn]) and Kees (Dutch: [keːs]) have long been the two most common especially in the 17th century

So TONIGHT will be "JANNEKE MAAN" - you could see the "J" from JANNEKE (LITTLE YAN) there..
..

A DUTCH name to say it won't be a FULL MOON... but JANNEKE MAAN combined with HALLOWEEN will be spooky enoough!

Kong's info was correct.

Whether one of those two (myself included) has since been converted, is the question.

I dont like pixar immediately jumping on top of it but nobody is claiming a redirect onto Charle, and we already had 1 redirect from Rag into Strike. Supposedly.

@Kong if I recall correctly I was protected.

Couple things here. One yes I did use vest on EW. No it was not needed. That only happens if he was not attacked which he wasn't which I find highly suspect since why would scum not attack him based on his claim and force the weapon to move to another townie which would have to identify himself on the next days lynch.

Extreme Ways wrote:Kong's info was correct.

@Kong if I recall correctly I was protected.

So either EW's claim is wrong or he was possibly converted is what I'm thinking unless both scum factions chose not to attack him which again I find unlikely but possible. For now just a FOS on EW but we'll see what happens when we lynch today as he'll have to use his weapon if he so chooses to.

Pixar's being vague and not really posting also seems suspect about his night action but he may just be trying to protect some info so I don't know but for now also FOS.

Same with jfm, why is he not posting. Unless a night action stops him from doing so or he's got something with his role(s) that is stopping him, see he's still playing his turns. And where the hell is Traf.

But more importantly is this whole kong/strike/ragian/charle thing trying to understand that.

Charle; what does this part of your claimed role do: "1 Shot "Sun Vig" on Grando."?

Who else received these letters? Supposedly there were two, would that not confirm this

So if I'm following correctly and trusting Charle to be telling the truth, I would think that ragian was meant to be made vanilla but a deflection put it onto Strike. But that's a lot of assumptions. Kongs statement don't seem to line up and just doesn't quite read true. But I also don't like who I see has voted. The one's who haven't are most engaged in this, strike, ragian EW, so I think we need to see which way you guys are leaning cause right now i'm torn but it's either between Charle or Kong for me at this point think only one of them is telling the truth

As for Trafalgar and JFM you guys need to post otherwise I'll switch to voting one of you two for simply going MIA out of nowhere which is highly suspect

This is true

Kong said he got his information from a trusted source. Sonic as above said the information is mod-verified. Doesn't mean the information was true or accurate - because the source as opposed to Kong per se could be suspect. Don't see any lie from Kong in all this - doesn't mean Kong is town - just don't see a lie.

Charle could be an archeologist by day and a vampire by night.
I think I like one of my theories - perhaps too much perhaps not - that the archeologist is also the miller - Charle wouldn't know this and that the miller (town aligned) gives a false reading of guilty.

Happy for everyone myself included to look for and be considered as alternatives for lynching - but after thinking back and forward on the Charle and the messages thing - I'm sticking with Charle - at least for now.
