Mafia Rules

1. This game is moderated by me, ga7. Whatever I say goes. If I make a mistake I’ll do my best to fix it. All roles will be given out randomly.

2. Do not edit/delete previous posts. Whatever you say goes into historical record.

3. Do not quote any PMs you receive from me. You may say your name, role, associated abilities. You may not post your win condition, how many words are in your role PM, or any other way to get around not quoting PMs. Any failure to comply with this rule will result in a modkill.

4. The game will not be discussed outside this thread, unless your role specifically says you can.

5. All ‘votes’ and ‘unvotes’ must be in bold. If they are not, they will not be tallied. (I.E. Vote: Guybrush Threepwood)
If you vote two or more times consecutively without an unvote in between them, then the first vote will be the one that gets tallied.

6. Lynching requires a majority of the town vote, once the majority has been reached any unvotes will not be counted.

7. You may vote ‘no lynch’ to end the day without a death.

8. There will be no deadline for days. I reserve the right to put one if the game isn't going smoothly.

9. Nights will last approximately 48 hours. You will miss your action should you fail to send it during that time.

10. Once your death scene has been posted, it's over for you. You can no longer post anything related to the game. Whining is alright, **Voices from beyond the grave** are alright, as long as nothing of substance is revealed.

11. Day scenes I write will be fun and comical, don’t read too far into them. No clues or game information will be hidden in the text.

12. Be attentive and active in the game. You will be replaced if you don't post. If something prevents you to participate for a long period of time, announce it here or via PM.

13. Don't get carried away and disrupt the game with spam.

14. Any questions or doubts, feel free to PM me.

Oh gracious! I hope I do not face that fate of lynching.
Let us say that one person got more votes than all else, but not enough for the "Lynch quota". Does that person with the plurality get lynching?

I vote cena-rules for starting a bandwagon against NES using "uneccessary bumpage" as a lame excuse. Also FOS charles77 for jumping on that bandwagon so quickly. With only 4 votes necessary for a lynch we should be careful not to vote anyone off before he gets a chance to defend himself.
