When the tournament starts and i send the invitations, all players must sign in 24hs, second invitations won't be sended for the first round, so the amount of people may vary. So stay tuned! (sorry i'm very impatient, but i'll send a pm to all before that)
This is not allowed, you need at least 16 players for a tournament, so if you don't want to wait more than 24 hours, you'll need reserves.
