CD's Can you beat CD? [winner=ckyrias]

Can you beat CD?
Yes! ckyrias can!

Totally stolen from HA:
Everybody will play me on my homemap: AoR II - Manual, Sequential, Nuclear, Unlimited, Foggy
To win this you have to win most against me, but since you have to win at least three games to get a Tourney medal, you have to beat me three times first!
If one player wins in round 1 and round 2, the whole thing will turn into a best of 5, so I'll have to win all three.
In case multiple players win rounds 1 and 2, all of them will play the games in round 3, 4 and 5.
The player who wins most wins. If none of them succeed in winning a game in those rounds, I win.
If afterwards they're still tied, but all of them did win at least one game, they'll each play one game against me if someone loses he's out (unless everybody loses).
The winner would be the last man standing.

Example:
Player A, B & C win round 1 and round 2 against me, all other players don't.
Player A,B & C get both invited into 3 games against me.
Player A and B win 1 game, Player C loses all three: Player C is out and so am I, since A and B won three games.
A and B get invited to 1 game (against me still), they both lose. A and B get invited to another game, A wins, but B loses:
A wins!
=D> for A =D>
Congratulations player A!
Oh yes, this was just an example, because this is not going to happen anyway.

that's wishful thinking considering the fourth round knockout i recently gave you.

as your head is probably still spinning i let you in on a secret :-$ the vast majority of the tournaments i have won have been on this map.

Your 2/3 beats my 3/15 indeed. We'll see, we'll see.

ok so pretty much its 16 players, so all of them are 1v1 vs you per round?

First person to beat you 3 times wins? But then at the end you say 3 times in a row, which one is it?

please pm me with more details, im in either way though :)

Good point, forgot to mention an important part. If nobody wins three times against me, I win!

Im in and I like the idea but I hope you will tweak it a little, all you have to do is win 1/3 in all 16 series, that isn't that difficult. Revisit HA's tournament and see if there is a tweak you can make to balance it to the players a little. I think in round 3, its a best of 3 again in his tournament. I would like to see something more like that

It works out about the same--just needs to add details to the rules--:)

You sure? Here it is 3 games here no matter what, you either win all 3 or eliminated. With yours, you have to win 2, then its a best of 3 series, so you can lose one game out of 5. And in yours even if you lose a best of 3, you still have a chance if no one else beats you.

I know it is up to the TO to decide the rules, but I just wanted to ask if we can balance it a little.

----

cd, could you also specify what happens if more than one players win 3 games in a row vs you?

Thanks!

I'm sorry, was multitasking a bit when making this thread, I'll do it more thoroughly now.
You're right, it does need a bit of balancing:

On a side note, everybody until here is in.
Thanks to HA and you, MoB for thinking with me.
