Take a knife and cut you on every square inch of your body and then force you into a tub of salt water and lemon juice. After that I dip you into a vat of battery acid and then make you look at the ugly face forty times. (It would be more if the forum let me)

You might like this one from a book i read:
tie you up, put you in a large Hessian bag which can only just fit you and 10 or so cats, tie up the bag and start beating at it with a plank of wood.
