Usually, a PM is sent to the tourney director explaining rules, how-to's, etc... plus, an entire new forum section is opened up for tourney directors... so he should know wen the permission is given. ;)

Games created and invites sent out.

Players djb2 and Captain_Scarlet are apparently banned so Jay_Santos and MartijnF replace them.

If you do not join within 24 hours you will be sent a second invite. Failure to accept that invite will result in disqualification and a reserve will take your place.
