Is there a 12 hour FOG rule in this tourny?

If not, can we implement one going forward?

I have already asked our opponents this round to let us know what they attacked - will wait and see if they respond to the request.

In addition, i guess there is no rule for how many times you are inviting other players? He was invited at least twice......now they take a turn right off joining.....next time we'll just wait for the other team and if we go first, we'll jump the gun too.
