How to Leave Ratings?

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this so just want to ask how I can leave rating cause I can't find that option. Been searching around and digging the instructions, yet haven't seen the rating option anywhere.
Please help! Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure that many people have ever left behind the ratings they have. Can we ever truly leave our past? Can we ever really let ratings be left behind? We all want to be rated, at some level.

Perhaps, in leaving behind the ratings we have, we can truly find ourselves. Not seeing ourselves as others perceive us through a narrow lens of certain performed actions.

Why should stars determine us? Why do we still pretend that the stars are how we meet, judge, and interact with others?
