Extend new recruit point protection measures to saxitoxin

Concise description:
  • Read thread title

Specifics/Details:
  • Whenever people play a game with saxitoxin, they cannot collect any points for winning
  • saxitoxin can still collect points if he wins

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
  • Prevent farming of vulnerable adults
  • Better community spirit
  • saxi's score to increase 5-10% by 2022

I wish either my father or my mother, or indeed both of them as they were in duty both equally bound to it, had minded what they were about when....

If 2 player fog game,please allow 12 hour snap courtesy, or post what I could have seen.... Thank you
