Here, just scroll down til you get to "Image Development" or whatever.

i found a really good one, its called "GimpShop" its just like photo but free

I use Photoshop, so I wouldn't know. I learned Photoshop with online tutorials, there might be some for other programs too.

I use photoshop. There's a class at my school on it. Ironically the stuff you learn in that class is the stuff I'm worst at.
