Cannot give star ratings to players

OS: Windows 11
Browser : Chrome Version 142.0.7444.176 (Official Build) (64-bit)

After finishing games cannot give star ratings to players.
In pages similar to below screenshot which we can reach from recently finished games , after giving ratings it just return to game without any update to star ratings.

This occuring after Mon Nov 17, 09:00 - 14:00 CCT scheduled down time.

Came here to say the same thing...cannot leave ratings for player I've not rated before.

Please try to give a rating again as there have been a recent fix for this.
